● Upsell additional services such as activities, experiences, and upgrades.
Customer Relationship Management ● Build strong relationships with repeat guests and travel communities.
● Ensure quick responses and personalized service for each guest.
● Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and address feedback proactively.
Coordination & Reporting ● Coordinate with property and operations teams to confirm availability and bookings.
● Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and closure reports.
● Support the marketing team with guest insights and promotional feedback.
Business Development ● Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas to improve conversions.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and travel behavior patterns.
Qualifications & Skills ● Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management or Business preferred).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
